A Tonnara

This is an excellent B&B and Roberta and Giovanni who run it are brilliant. They are friendly, helpful and professional. Nothing is too much trouble. They do not own the B&B, but have worked there since day one when it opened 5 years ago. Between them they do practically everything. A Tonnara is spotlessly clean, has comfortable beds, a powerful shower, good continental breakfast, a good location and stunning views. Every room has it’s own private outdoor seating and dining area. The only slight negative is the railway line that runs close to the property, but we didn’t find this was a problem. It’s an easy 15 min walk to the old town where there are loads of good bars/restaurants/shops. There are also a couple of restaurants about half way, if you don’t want to walk that far. The view of the sunset from here is stunning - take your camera! You can walk to the long sandy beach in about 20 mins (some sections are private where you can hire sunbeds & parasols, but there are public sections too where you can just sit on your beach towel). The sea is wonderfully clean and clear around Cefalù and we swam most days. I highly recommend A Tonnara and will certainly book again if we holiday in this area in future.

Tonnara is a lovely B&B; our room was very comfortable with a little kitchenette, excellent shower and amazing view. Giovanni, Roberta and Rumira were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We didn't mind the walk to Cefalu, it felt very safe and needed to burn calories after excellent meals. All the rooms allowed privacy yet it was also lovely to catch up with other guests at breakfast. We would love to return to Tonnara especially if they put loungers on all balconies, this was the only thing we felt lacked. It definitely is the kind of place to relax, read a book and watch the view with a glass of wine on comfy loungers :))

A Tonnara and the staff are amazing and very friendly. I really enjoyed the views from this place. The location wasn’t right by the city center but it was a close enough walk of about 20mins. There is free street parking and free breakfast. The only thing that was annoying was the WiFi that wasn’t working for a couple days. Not a huge deal but we needed to help plan and look ahead for the rest of our trip.

Good, small B&B with excellent view to the small harbour. Comfortable rooms. Way to Cefalù is about 15 Minutes by feet.

Nice basic place with great views and service. Based on the property's photos, we thought it was on the beach, but it's not. It does overlook a marina for boats used by local fisherman, and has a view to a rocky beach. Detected some sewage smell but it didn't detract from our overall satisfaction with the property. It's about 30 minutes from the city center and sandy beach.

The view from the private roof top was one of the best i have seen in any place I have stayed. Staff were so friendly and welcoming.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La location è da favola perché si trova in un punto dalla quale si vede un panorama mozzafiato. Anche le camere sono state organizzate per offrire al cliente la sensazione di calma e relax. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da Giovanni che ci ha saputo consigliare ottimi posti della zona.
