Perfect holiday spot! Professional and helpful staff looking after guest with care. Close to the old town of Nessebar, beach and beach clubs - Cacao Beach and Bedroom Beach. Brekkie was ok but could be more diverse for longer stays and more fruits would be nice. Overall great stay :)

We had a lovely relaxing stay although generally had our evening meal in the old town or the White Rose (excellent) in New Nesebar. We loved the pool and spa and thought the location was perfect. All staff were excellent.

Skuffende oplivelse.
Objetive set er en god beliggenhed og super rent hotel. Mad tilsvarende ikke en 4 stjerneshotel men ok nok til at blive spist men efter den 4 dag er man træt af det samme genbrug mad. Subjektive set er dårlig oplevelse for us der kom i slutningen af sæsonen og personalet gad ikke mere. Det kunne ses i service general fra administration til tjeneren. Rengøringsdamerne meget venlige men sengetøjet blev ikke skiftet eller støvsuget i de 7dage vi var der. Ingen aktiveter for børn som der bliver beskrevet. De 2 personer der var ansvarlige for børneklub/aktiviteter pakkede det hele 2 dage før hotellet lukkede. Så hvis du skal til denne hotel anbefaler ikke at tage der sidst på seasonen. Stranden ligger ikke lige ud, der skal man gå et stykke. Ikke meget længe men der har hotellet ikke liggestole på stranden.
