Fernando went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. We had a small bad experience our first night that I shared with the staff. They were so understanding and made sure to make it right. We really enjoyed our week in the El Beso section of ORP. I think that the washrooms needed more signage, like in the lobby they are tucked to the side and you cant see where they are if you are on the other side of the bar there. The room had a bunch of little things incase we forgot to pack them (toothbrush/razor/sewing kit/q-tips/etc.) and that was a nice touch! Easy check-in and checkout. Long walk down to the rooms but there was a trolley you can catch which was great as well. We didn't have anything bad to say about the place, we loved the Italian restaurant and all of the servers were awesome :)

We booked this resort mainly because of the mostly good reviews we saw. We arrived (Jan28,26) and all seemed well with checkin and the room was OK. Nothing special. The resort was mostly younger couples with kids. The buffet was very noisy and the food selection was OK. We tried booking some specialty restaurants on the first two days but ran into issues with the App not working. On the second night our group of 7 went to the Mexican restaurant. That night I became violently ill consistent with food poisoning. The rest of the vacation was ruined as I couldn't eat as I was ill and didn't trust the food. Not sure if it was from the lunch buffet or the Mexican restaurant? I did report my illness to the resort. I never did receive any promised report feedback.
