Good location, very walkable. The rooftop view is great and so was the breakfast. Staff was very helpful and arranged airport pickup and transport to Banos.

Staff were excellent. Beyond what is expected. Room was tired - safe and television didn't work and there were exposed electrical wires in the bathroom. Breakfast and view from the rooftop was excellent. Location is good too.

My stay at Friends was made very nice , thank you to Erica at the check in desk. She was always willing to help with any questions or requests and went the extra mile. Friends was a lovely place to stay but make sure you are good at stairs;)

Perfect location, clean, great staff
We arrived very early in the morning from a long bus ride. Unfortunately, we couldn’t check in early but the staff let us sleep on the couches in the common area which was a blessing. The places is very nice, with friendly staff and nice decorations. We liked our breakfast and enjoyed the view from the rooftop. We were quite surprised that the rooftop was with side windows as we were hoping to be able to smoke there (heavy smokers here). Unfortunately, there was absolutely no place were we could have smoked on the premises and that was one of the reasons we booked this hotel as we hope there is an open rooftop terrace. Anyways, our room was small but nice with hot water. The windows were not really soundproof so you can hear everything on the nearby streets. They organize free walking tours every day at 10 which is great. Thank you for your hospitality!
