Great place to stay with an incredibly friendly staff. Had to leave early in the morning so they let us check out early and the next morning they had prepared a travel breakfasts for us. Amazing place.
The room was ok, small but enough room. Bathroom is tiny. Our room didn't smell like smoke, but the owner must smoke because the common area along with the breakfast area smelt like cigarettes. Breakfast was ok.
we had to leave a day early and thr owners helped us in calling expedia and only chargng us for the time we stayed rather than the full reservation. the room was much bigger than we thought and very comfortable
The hotel owners are very pleasant people and very helpful. The location of the hotel is good (bus stop is very close to the hotel).
Excellent! This a hotel run by a couple and they are very nice. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The breakfast is great. It is a 20 minute walk to the center of town, but I brought my bike which the owner's let me store in the garage. I slept comfortably in the bed. The WIFI did not work for my laptop, but worked for my phone. There is a bus stop right across the street. The buses that take you to the center of town and directly to Caracalla and Friedrichsbad spas. I highly recommend the hotel.
Nice hotel with very pleasant owner.
Great experience, best in Germany. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
We enjoyed our stay. The proprietors were very friendly and helpful. It is an older hotel — no air conditioning. The accommodations were simple but quite adequate. Breakfast buffet was very good. 3 city bus routes have stops by the front door. It is a delightful 20 minute walk through the park to get to city center. Tip: don’t confuse it with the other Hotel Kaiser Deutscher!
Es war einfach aber OK
