Exceptional 10.0
Everyone at the reception was wonderful and superb friendly, particularly a lady called Krizti. The hotel is conveniently located and close to post destinations.

I booked a superior room
I booked a superior room with a large bed and I got a room on the very top floor with a bed glued to a wall, the water on the very top floor was not very much, and the noise from the air installation not to mention

Enjoyment tarnished by smells
Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, especially Patrick at the front desk. There was however a lingering sewage smell in our room which, we thought, would disappear after a while but instead it got progressively worse at which we complained and were then moved to a different room. There was also a musty damp smell in the lift lobby at first floor level. These smells did detract slightly from the enjoyment of our stay. On a positive note we really enjoyed the views from the roof top breakfast area.

Very Good 8.0
Friendly staff. Modern design. Great location. Not very clean, the shower was with mold.

Poor 2.0
photographs of room booked deceiving.
Fortunately my wife are not unused to small cramped hotel rooms like those in Japan otherwise we would have moved to another hotel. 21 meters square included the shower room with toilet and basin. However, this room is nothing like the photo on the booking page on for which I thought we were booking. Apart for being able to sit or lay on the bed, the room offered only two wooden logs to sit on. There was limited hanging space on three hooks mounted on the wall and four wire coat hangers. There room did have a standard well stocked mini bar but, we chose to buy our own drinks rather than pay the hotel mini bar prices. The bed was a queen size bed jammed in between two walls and a shelf unit at the bottom of the bed but the bedding was only just ok, mattress soft but instead of one Queen size quilt had two single quilts barely enough to cover my body with. The lighting was good and the room was quiet too. The TV could only be watched propped up in bed as it sat on the wall only 300cm from the bed end. The bathroom was well appointed with shower gel and shampoo supplied by way of wall dispensers. It is not possible to get out of bed on two sides as the bed is pushed up against a wall. Also, the person sleeping up against the wall has to climb over the person sleeping next to you to go to the bathroom. There is also a dangerous step to go down next to the bed. In short, the room we were put in was not what we expected.
