Dirt track to despair
The hotel from arriving on the dirt-road looks impressive. However, that’s where the positive impression ends. Advertised as a 4*, we were @ a loss to understand under what rating this had been set. The hotel for amenities is average for this rating, with ample sun loungers and clean pool, that is clearly shared with the hotel next door ‘Sunset Faros’, where you actually book your car, ATV and transfers from. Remote location. The reception for the hotel is what appears like a small shack, right next to the pool, which if it did not have a small sign saying ‘reception’, you could be forgiven for thinking it was the pool attendants where pool towels are stored. The ‘bar’ as referenced, is yet another wooden shack close to where the less than impressive breakfast is served between 8-10.30am daily. There is never anyone at the bar serving & if u want a drink, perish the thought as the prices are astronomical, then you must go to the pool hut, sorry it’s the reception & ask. The receptionist comes & serves u & then disappears back to the pool hut. On closer inspection the hotel exterior is dirty with dust & looks tired. The bedrooms are always spotless clean & that’s due to daily service. In that respect it is 4*, however, if u use half a shower gel or soap, u get none left the following day. The breakfast, especially eggs are undercooked, the food looks unappetising and the juice is watered down. Having stayed at 4* hotels/resorts, this would barely make a 3*.

Very Good
This place is great. The only problem is you need a taxi to get to it.

Bugs
Whatever you do do not stay at this property the staff is extremely rude and disrespectful one our first night there our bed had ants in it and when I notified the lady at the front desk she said some would be up to change the bedding which did not happen, the next morning housekeeping came to change the sheets while we were down at the pool, When we came back up to our room I turned the pillowcase over and it was dirty. I advised the manager that the sheets were not clean and she came up to the room and the housekeeper and her had gotten in to an argument in front of us which was very rude, The next thing was there was a hair dryer in our room so I decided to use it that was a big mistake because sparks were coming out of it when I called the front desk she told me she would have someone bring up another one I waited for over an hour and no one came to our room so I brought it to the front desk and said can I get another one this one was shouting out sparks and she said what is that I told her it was the hair dryer in our room and she said we do not offer hair dryer’s for the room.I was very confused by this since it states that they do offer hair dryer’s in the room another thing is it states it has room service which it does not. Mostly everything it says it has it doesn’t. I have included photos of the bugs and also the bites that my daughter had gotten from staying here. And the sheets that were supposedly changed

Don't stay here, it smells and is dirty!
This was a very ery disappointing experience. The only satisfactory parts of this hotel are the view and the infinity pool. The rooms were ca e like, and very austere and small. There was a putrid sewage smell in the bathroom. The bathroom was dirty. Upon checking into the hotel, we discovered the sheets on one of the beds were dirty. It took 3 days until finally the receptionist changed them for us. We had to ask for fresh towels daily. Even though there was a bar, the only people to make drinks were the receptionist. The ambiance was poor. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable. The receptionists were sympathetic, and tried to help make our stay more comfortable. However, considering the cost, this place was not worth it.

Excellent place to stay but should have your car
Very nice place to stay. Excellent ambiance, courtesy staff, good breakfast. But it is too far to the village and to the bus drop-off locations. Transportation is very costly. Hotel offered to arrange the transport from village for EUR 20 one way or EUR 30+ from any other location. It will be difficult to stay in this hotel and move around without your own vehicle. You can rent your car for around EUR 40 to EUR 70. You should have international driving permit to get good rate and better options. It is very difficult get one without international permit.
