We arrived at the hotel just as covid-19 hit, and the moroccan government had closed it airspace. The hotel indicated thta while it would honor our booking, if the government gave the ordr to close, they would have to close. in addition that had ceased all restarant service, and was doing room servvice only. While at the hotel, many english speaking tourists were getting assistance from the front desk, with printing out boarding pass and tickets. Throughout the ordeal, the staff were very professional and helpful. Next morning, we had the best breakfast delivered to our room. We elected not to stay as long as we had planned, and had arranged to go instead to Casablanca, with the hopes of securing a flight out of Morocco.
