I had sent a request asking about the pool and what covid restrictions there were. I did not receive a response. I was very disappointed upon check in that i was being charged full price for a hotel that was missing the amenities i paid for. Was not aware lunch and breakfast were not available on site. Would not have stayed here had i known there was not even going to be cups in the rooms, coffee machines. Nothing to even drink simple tap water. I should not have to pay full price for just a bed. not even a glass to drink out of or the breakfast and lunch which was the reason i booked this hotel

Poor service. Uncomfortable room.
We arrived late and were provided a room with broken air conditioning and sweltered through the night. When we mentioned this to the front desk in the morning, the staff were well aware the AC was broken and the room would be uncomfortable. No recourse. No offer for compensation.

unhappy family
As soon as we got there I went to sign us in the guy at front desk looked at me like I was an inconvenience to him I asked where my family and I could get food as it was supper time he mumbled and pointed across the street to McDonald's. When we got back from getting food we went to the room could not find remote for tv went to front desk asked for remote got back to room no batteries went back down he put batteries in went to room to find out batteries where dead went to desk for third time finally turn tv on to discover no cable at all I had enough gathered my family and went to super 8. The elevator almost shut on my 5 year old cause the door barely worked it smelled like piss very rude front desk person. Never again will we go or Recommend that in to anyone.

Stayed in the new building, it was clean and the rooms were quite nice. Staff was kind. Major disappointment was that we booked here so kids could swim and use the advertised waterslide. I received a call the morning of our arrival saying the pool was down and needed a part to repair. I was told it was being fixed, but it looked to me like the pool and slide have been out of commission for a while. No refund or compensation was offered, just a courtesy call the morning of arrival....not sure what we were supposed to do with that information.
