Not so great, but not atrocious
Bedding stained, staff noiay all night partying with guests in lobby. Checkout staff was unhelpful. Shower curtain hung so far inside shower it touches you throughout shower. Bathroom drain fogged bathroom with bleach-chlorine smell all morning, so strong it made my eyes bloodshot.

The staff was welcoming. Once we made it to our room we saw that it was filthy. There were white crusty stains (you can assume) on the nightstand and bed skirt. When we asked for a new room we were told that “if we had flushed the toilet, used the toilet paper or any of the amenities” that they couldn’t give us a new room. So had I or my boyfriend flushed the toilet, we would have been out of our money and stuck with a disgusting room? I wasn’t offered a discount or an upgrade or for someone to come clean the room. Nothing. Luckily we got a new room since we hadn’t used the restroom yet. I won’t be going back.

The hotel reception clerk was friendly and very dedicated. A hard working fellow who really wanted to do a good job and he did . Small bar area seemed cozy but didnt use due to covid except to get a drink to go .

Above and beyond!
Just a one night layover but everything was great. In particular, the staff was exceptional. I'm sorry I don't have names but everyone went above and beyond. Hopefully, our travels will bring us back thru Ardmore. There will be no question about where we will stay.

Hotel was very nice. My only complaint was the pillows... they are way way to fluffy (Tall). I wasn't able to get my head & neck comfortable on the pillow.
