The staff were very helpful however, when I arrived, they advised the electronic system was not working and I would not have a key code to access my room and would have to be taken up by staff. This continued throughout my whole visit, every time I left my room and wanted to be let back in,reception staff would have to go with me and let me in. There was no way to prove which room was yours and reception staff just took your word for this and this left me feeling I, and my belongings, were very unsafe. The air condition would only come on for 30 seconds around every 15 minutes so I was quite warm and this made it hard to sleep. Walls very thin so could hear everything in the corridor which made it hard to sleep especially as staff were bringing up people quite often. Not a great stay - didn’t sleep well and didn’t feel very safe.
