Service is really great. Front desk staff are fantastic and extremely helpful. Rooms are really nice and cosy. Loved the kitchenette and utilities. Showers are great with the different functions. Bedroom was lovely. Location is perfect. Would definitely return.

The Madera exceeded our expectations. It was large and spacious unlike many of the other hotels we have stayed at in Hong Kong.AC worked great. It had all the amenities and storage space you need. It was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. It is on Hollywood Rd, so it is within walking distance to almost anything you need. We will stay there the next time we are in Hong Kong.
