Beautiful apartment. Good Robo conceige! Great alternative to the pricey 5 star hotels in the old city.

Great location, beautiful space. Just a few thoughts/notes for any future guests. Some of these may seem nit picky, but for the cost I feel these are justified and things I wish I had known. Space photographs fancier in low light than it appears in reality. Upstairs bed linens were dirty (stains and hair). Sofa has stains. Beds weren’t comfortable (very soft. I ended up sleeping on sofa) and technology of lighting, tv was very confusing and/or wouldn’t work. Lots of unnecessary technology just for the sake of seeming modern, but when it doesn’t work you’ll wish you had a simple light switch instead of an iPad. You need hexagon shaped adapters for any plugs to work which we could only find at one store. Local shops had never seen the hexagon ones before so source and buy a few before staying here. Room is near a clock tower that chimes every 15 minutes. Not the fault of owner, just something to be aware of - noisey. Apartment has two floors so be aware that one bedroom is downstairs and one is up a spiral staircase with no railing. Jacuzzi would never warm up. Only one shower has overhead faucet. Other one is a hand held. James was terrific and very responsive. Would have loved information about area, a map etc. Other than the above, the location is convenient and safe. Stayed four nights. Was nice enough but for the money I expected more. Glad we tried it but wouldn’t book again.

Beautiful luxury penthouse. True loft style w super modern decor and even a rooftop hot tub! Location is central, in a quaint square, and walkable to everything. The owners are awesome and incredibly responsive. Will stay here again when in Zurich. It rivals any 5-star hotel and car service to boot!

This is an amazing apartment. Everything you could need and the latest in technology.

Truly magnificent. The hosts treat you great and with the highest level of respect, continually inquiring about needs, to ensure the most comfortable of stays and the best experience. I was amazed.

Location is outstanding, house is super well equipped and decorated. Just felt the jacuzzi could have the water always changed instead of cleaned and some fresh food alternatives to be made available (fruits, etc). There was a lot of available dry food to be cooked, but some basics not available (olive oil specially), and couldn’t find the price list for the food, only the beverage. Internet was not working on final morning. It was all minor details, all in all, excellent place, highly recommend.

今回初めて泊まりましたが、以下はそのサマリーです。 １．玄関はコード番号を入力して外のカギを開けて、中に入り、再度同じコード番号を入れて、扉を開けます。 ２．次に目の前に「高い」階段が見えてきます。 これを荷物を抱えて上る必要があり、重い荷物はまず女性なら上げるのは不可能と言えます。 ３．階段を上って、そこにエレベーターがありそこでまたコード番号を入れると ５階まで上がり、そこが部屋になります。 ここまでがまず一息となりますが、ここで問題が起こったのです。 エレベーターが故障したのです。 いくらボタンを押してもこないのです。 部屋にあったiPadで人工知能（ＡＩ）のＪａｍｅｓ君を呼び出し、対処して貰いました。 これで１時間浪費。 英語が出来ないとまず対応は不可能です。 次に部屋は床の板が数か所浮き上がっており、裸足ではけがをします。 ワインセラーをみますと2本足らなくなっており、写真を撮って、人工知能のＪａｍｅｓ君に送り、チェックイン時にはなかったことを連絡しておきました。 部屋は快適でしたが、一旦問題が起これば日本語では対応は不可能であり、 旅慣れた人向けで荷物が少ない人むけのホテルだと言えます。
