A lovely little hotel with super friendly staff. The room was spacious and well kept. The included breakfast was delicious too. Note if you’re driving, the parking is not secured and is accessible from the street. That said it’s a pretty quiet area and felt safe, no one touched my motorcycle.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Ginger Hotel and would recommend it to anyone! Jessica, receptionist, was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about tours/directions/transpiration arrangements. I peppered her with many questions and she was always very accommodating and professional. She handled the arrangements for a private shuttle to collect me at the hotel for my very early flight ( 6 am) home. Also, she was always more than willing to call me a taxi when I needed one. Jessica is also very knowledgeable about all the local tours around Tulum, The only problem I had was figuring out how to use the TV but she had someone fix the issue. This is a very nice boutique hotel in Tulum. I really like the intimate setting and the very helpful/friendly staff! Because of this hotel being smaller, I got to know most of the staff by name. Also, I love the whole grain waffles and orange juice served for breakfast--will miss that for sure!!!

Great location with parking.
Friendly staff, clean room, and great location. Room is not sound proof and club music can be heard until the early hours of the morning. Great WiFi and breakfast selection.

Our stay at Ginger Hotel was pleasant. We are happy with our choice. First of all, their complimentary breakfast is amazing, it came with coffee and fresh juice. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. There is a safe in the room as well. We had to borrow hair dryer from the front desk. As this hotel is located in central Tulum, it is easy to get in and out comparing to beach zone. Taxi station is five minutes walk from the hotel.
