Good room, great location!
I love the room I had. Only had issues with the lighting. The toilet light has a movement sensor, and keeps turning off while someone is in the toilet. You really don't expect people to move around a lot while sitting in the toilet do you? So, why is the light set to turn off when the sensor doesn't detect any movements? They also have a very small lighting all around the room. I worked really well the first 2 nights, and gave me an idea where the borders of the room is, which is helpful if you wake up at night. However, starting from the 3rd night, the light kept flickering like at a disco! Not sure what was wrong, so just kept the light off.

Better than sleeping in a park, but that's all.
This hotel has pros and cons, but way more cons than pros. A basic hotel with a simplistic yet futuristic design, in a pretty good location that offers good access to the subway and the city centre. The price is also not bad for Viennese standards. Breakfast is of acceptable quality too. Amen to all that. But there are some things that annoyed me so much that I'm convinced not to stay here again at any time for any reason. I asked the staff for a nearby supermarket, and it took me a few separate attempts with two different people to get the exact location of the nearest grocery store. They're simply not interested in helping you. I've stayed in so many hotels and hostels in many different countries, worked as a front desk agent myself for years, and I had yet to see such indifferent staff anywhere. I'd rate their customer service below zero if I could. The Wi-Fi is also pathetic. It literally takes some 35-40 seconds to open a page on a social media site. They offer a proper connection for 6€, which is absolutely unacceptable in this day and age.The shower being right in the middle of the room is also a very strange concept that I'd rather avoid where possible. The sink is also in the middle of the room, and the tiny desk (on which I could hardly fit my 11 inch laptop) is on the opposite side of the sink, and it's virtually inevitable to get the desk wet when washing your hands or brushing your teeth. I had to move my laptop away each time I had to use the sink.
