Greemount Hotel

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and spacious. OMG the sheets were the softest sheets ive felt. Breakfast was delicious and made to order so it will always be hot and ready for you based on your schedule. Great help and informtation booking tours or navigating the cloud forest.

Basic accommodation but clean and tidy. Very friendly and helpful staff. A little way out so less easy to access without a car. Lots of helpful tips on local attractions

Nice family own little hotel

Owner was fantastic and very helpful. We had asked for a local place to eat and he recommended a great place.

We were doing a sampler tour of Costa Rica and spent one night in Monteverde. Check-in was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful in selecting tours. The room was spacious. There was no AC, but still very comfortable with the window open and in fact it got a little chilly at night. They have a set menu for breakfast that varied each day. Breakfast felt like eating at home. We sat at a table in the kitchen area as the lady prepared our meal. Loved the area. Wish we stayed longer.

Nice boutique place convenient to Monteverde and the park. Really nice host and staff.

The staff were great . The young man at the desk spoke English well and was very helpful. He was great about booking a horseback riding tour for me . He also knew the area well to help with our future plans

We loved staying at Greenmount. Proprietors are super friendly and helpful family. Rooms have just the basics, but there are comfortable common seating areas both in courtyard and breakfast room if more space is needed. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Definitely not walking distance to town, but with rental car this was no problem and most activities will provide transportation.

Great staff and beautiful lodge. Trails for hiking are close. Easy access to zip lining.
