Great value for money, nice and compact apartments with everything you need. Everyone enjoyed the ski in/out facility.
Staff were amazing! Very accommodating and helpful. Lots of great hiking trails nearby. Small units but staff were great and changed us to one with nice mountain views. Limited wifi.
I booked 5 rooms for 5 nights in February. Each room was occupied on twin basis. The hotel states twin room but this is actually under the configuration of a double bed and sofa bed. The room was spacious, clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The only issue during our stay was a leaking shower tray which was reported but still not fixed by the time we checked out. The hotel is located at the top of the resort and beware it is a fairly difficult 15 minute walk back to the hotel, especially with the icy pavements. Overall it represented good value for money and provided excellent access to the ski slopes.
Really good stay. We went for skiing and the location was great and allowed us to ski in and out. The service was also great and and the place was very comfortable
The property was clean and well appointed, however the apartment booking was for two separate single sofa beds and the room allocated had one double sofa bed. The reception team acknowledged the error but were unable to offer the correct accommodation and to supply an additional duvet and pillows. They showed no interest in resolving the issue and their attitude was" Make do with what you’ve got" The Wi-Fi was good and ok for streaming Netflix etc. The property is a 10min walk uphill from the town centre which can be a long hike in high altitude with three shopping bags! Please note there is no taxi service available in Pas de la Casa!
Our stay was incredible. We got an apartment with a beautiful view. We enjoyed the area and we would love to visit this place again.
Very good - checking in and out was very easy, rooms ideal, ski in/out
