We enjoyed our stay at your hotel. It was very pleasant. It definitely isn’t as nice. Had adjoining rooms, and a nice amount of breakfast options even during covid. Hannah made us feel very welcome and accommodating to our needs!

Great stay at The Holiday Inn Express & Suites
We were on our way to Aruba for our vacation and had a layover in Charlotte. I booked our over night stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Charlotte Airport. Imagine our surprise when we arrived! It was very very clean, the ambience was very nice for an airport hotel. They had a free shuttle to and from the airport and a list of restaurants they would shuttle you to for dinner and return to pick you up all free. The complete complimentary breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly, helpful and eager to please their guest. This hotel is definitely a 4.5 or 5 star from The House's
