Great value in heart of Shinkuku
Great value in heart of Shinjuku. Close to everything you want and 10 min walk to the trains. Clean hotel, lots of thoughtful extras (bottled water replenished daily, slippers, robes, fridge, tea maker, bidet) compact hotel room but as expected in Japan. If you want larger rooms you'll be paying much more because real estate is a premium there. Overall, one of the best hotels I've stayed at and I travel for a living.

Clean but not so generous
It was ok. Clean but not so generous. We stayed there for 5 days, but housekeeper did not bring us new bottles of water and did not replace our slippers even though they were broken.

Good
The location of the hotel is good. 5 to 10 mins walk to Shinjuku Station. Room is abit small but reason for the price. Overall - Very Satisfied.

The rooms are all renovated
BERNHARD R, th3 night trip
Good 6.0
Tiny room but good breakfast.
One of the front desk person, a guy was rude and haughty and was not helpful. Have stayed here before but due to this guy, we plan not to stay here in the future. The room is tiny. Breakfast though is great with lots of choices . The location in Shinjuku is not bad closed to restaurants and shops.
Juanito, us5 night trip
Good 6.0
Rooms are small and wifi weak
The rooms are too small for comfort. If you need a room with some space or if you are claustrophobic, do reconsider the hotel. It is conveniently located with eateries and 24-hour convenience stores nearby. The wifi in the hotel is also almost non-existent, so weak. It is also located near a hospital and we can sometimes hear loud ambulance sirens in the middle of the night.

Great for family of three
Overall experience staying at this hotel has been great. Will stay here again if we visit this part of Japan again in the future.
