Mandatory fees

You’ll be asked to pay the following charges at check-in or check-out:

A tax of EUR 2.50 per person, per night is imposed by the city and collected at the property in cash. The seasonal tax is reduced by 30% from January 1st to January 31st. Children under 10 years of age are exempt. The rate is reduced by 50% for children ages 10-15 (EUR 1.20 during high season and EUR 0.80 during low season). For further details, please contact the property using the information contained in the confirmation received after booking.

• A tax is imposed by the city and will be collected at the property. This tax does not apply to residents of Venice City and children under 10 years of age. Further exemptions may apply to patients and their companions, and people staying in the city for specific purposes/duties, subject to the submission of proper documents to the property. A 30 percent reduction applies from 1-31 January.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 January - 31 January, EUR 1.70 per person, per night for adults; EUR 0.90 per night for guests aged 10-16 years old.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 February - 31 December, EUR 2.50 per person, per night for adults; EUR 1.20 per night for guests aged 10-16 years old.

Deposit: EUR 250.00 per stay

• Cleaning fee: EUR 70 per accommodation, per stay (varies per unit size)

Optional extras

Late check-in between 7:30 PM and 11:00 PM can be arranged for an extra charge of EUR 50

Cribs/Infant beds are available for EUR 15.0 per day

Pets are allowed for an extra charge of EUR 15 per pet, per night
