    Buen hotel

    El hotel es grande y moderno. Hay áreas cerradas por el tema de la pandemia pero tiene muy buenas medidad de seguridad en ese sentido. Lo único que no me gustó es que el piso de la habitación estaba sucio y en ninguna de las veces que hicieron la limpieza, quitaron las manchas el suelo. El desayuno es muy bueno y el personal sumamente amable.

    Walkable and convenient

    Excellent location and excellent service! This hotel was amazing in general with a great restaurant and room service. Lots of restaurants in less than a 10-minute walk, plus a mall with an excellent movie theater just across the street.

    Es increíble el mal trato que se tuvo, peso un cambio de habitación , tenía dos camas y solo necesitaba una, en ningún hotel te cubran x cambiar de habitación y quedo la persona de recepción me cobro $200 pesos, a parte de un trato patético, la habitación sucia y sin toallas, y un ruido insoportable, deleznable este hotel.. gracias por nada y por no resolverme nada
