Ian and Pat are amazing hosts. We felt very welcome in their lovely home and they provided an excellent breakfast each morning. The location is terrific too! We had a wonderful time there and would go back again for sure.

AMAZING. That's all that sums up this place in a word. Ian and Pam left nothing out in out B and B experience. Comfort and class was unsurpassed by anywhere we have stayed. The food... Well wow. That's all I can say. Terrific.

Wonderful B&B! The owners were so very gracious... even had towels and chairs for the beach! Location is beautiful and breakfast was absolutely scrumptious!! Highly recommend Shady Lane!!

We could not have been happier with this property and our wonderful hosts, Pam and Ian. They were very helpful with information about the island and where to go and what to do. Their breakfasts were fantastic!! We left with a copy of their cookbook and cannot wait to try out some of the recipes. We would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a relaxing and peaceful experience on PEI.

Great spot in the trees - lovely location. There is a room upstairs and another downstairs in the basement. Also a cottage that sleeps 6 out back. These are a couple that put the extra mile in hosting you - beautiful house with amazing breakfasts. Highly recommended.

Shady Lane is in a nice quiet area of PEI. It has at least one room (that we stayed in) that has a view of the bay. Ian and Pam are fantastic made an excellent breakfast. I have no complaints and would happily go back.

We had a wonderful stay at Shady Lane! The house was comfortable, our hosts were warm and welcoming with outstanding breakfasts every morning, and the scenery was so beautiful - and very close to the most beautiful hidden beach on PEI! We would highly recommend Shady Lane and hope to stay there again ourselves.

Welcoming and a great breakfast!
After a hard day's cycling from Charlottetown Ian and Pam made us feel very welcome. Ian even offered to drive us to dinner so that we didn't have to get back on the bikes. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Highly recommended.
