The hotel certainly lived up to it's name, in every way. The customer service was amazing. I was already impressed that they were right on the beach and had a fantastic swimming pool as well. I've never been in a swimming pool where you could also order food and drinks from. Well in this one you can! The size of the pool is not huge, but I still loved being able to swim from the shallow end to the deep end. And they had a separate mini pool for kids with massaging bubbles at request! The restaurant was beautiful with a view of the beach. And the food was DELICIOUS!

We liked the cabanas by the beach, very nice. The rooms were a good size. The rooms were not 4-5 star, more like 3 star. But very clean. The housekeeping service was a little inconsistent. They didn't replace the small face towels until we asked. The bathroom sink had a leak underneath, but they fixed it when we reported it. My daughter-in-law said she found a cockroach in her room, but we didn't see any in our room. When we had room service on the patio it took a couple of days for the tables to be cleaned off. Front desk personnel was very friendly and polite. The wifi worked which was very important for my job.

Great place to stay. Beautiful accommodations by the beach. Privacy, one other hotel next door which has a Sunday breakfast buffet. About 10 minutes by car from town & restaurants. Spacious room with 3 queen beds. Great food which is a bit pricey if you are a local but cheap if you are a foreigner. Restaurant with beach view. Quaint huts for eating or hanging out with beach view. Pool with bar. Grassy area for kids to play. Elevator for elderly or lazy. Services like kayak, surfboard rental & lessons, spa, massage, manicure etc. Highly recommended if you want to relax and get away from the crazy crowd in town. Awesome hotel costs more than the small local dives but it is not a dive and the price reflects what you get.

Front Desk and receiving guest space looks like a motel too small a space. Parking space not enough. Price in this category is expensive. A plus for this Hotel is the beach for surfing, but maybe not even for swimming. A dirt road is the only access from the highway. Their housekeeping was good. We stayed two nights which I would say just to sleep.
