A lovely hotel deserving the 4 star rating. Located on the outskirts of Alcazar de San Juan with easy access to the town. Excellent food and very reasonably priced. Thoroughly recommended .

Hotel staff was friendly however not super competent. There was a mixup and staff double booked our room after we had checked in and been sleeping. At 4:30 am, we had another guest enter our room with a working key card. Completely terrifying experience. When I mentioned the incident upon checkout, staff was meekly apologetic and didn’t offer any sort of gesture for the mixup. I would skip this place- you can find a hotel with a better location and cheaper prices who hopefully will be more competent at their job.

Stay here once or twice a year as it is a convenient stopover point between Andalusia and the ports. Always welcoming, relaxed outside bar area and excellent food.

So nice we wish we had more days in the area
We had a very nice overnight stay while traveling from Granada to Madrid. This hotel/restaurant is outside of any city – the closest being Alcazar de San Juan – so it seems like most of the clientele were locals. Irene, at the front desk, was very helpful since she spoke English and most of the rest of the staff did not. She also helped us in the restaurant with ordering dinner. She really made it her job to make us feel very welcome. Dinner at the restaurant was very good. Pumpkin soup was outstanding. Swordfish and Sea Bass entrées were also very good. We would stay here again if in the area.

A nice one night stay on the way to Madrid
An extremely nice hotel,good decor, very clean and very helpful staff. both at reception and in the dining room. The first thing that hits you on entry is the beautiful smell of air freshener that smells of roses. Set in beautiful grounds ideal venue for business or private functions. The evening meal which cost less then €12 was excellent.

A little sleepy .. first time that we have ever been charged for a crib in a hotel...6 children over 36 years this is definetly a first... buffet breakfast norhing to write home to mother about...place was clean and quite....lacks alittle soul..and character....
