It was horrible staff was rude and found dirty sheets on bed and a used female condom in the bathroom. Never will I stay here again.
Beds were to close to the wall. Had a hard time making beds. They didn't have any service. You had to take dirty towels down. Before you got clean towels. Then it was a like pulling teeth to get extra towels. You had to take out your own trash.. Time to check out and you had to call someone and let them know that you were checking out. They didn't get in until 10:00.
Property was clean, quiet, and very afordable. Staff was able to answer all questions
Theres a lot of grass for dogs and children to play. The ac works good. It seems like they never change the dog poop trash can. Its been overflowing since before i arrived. A week ago. They have signs saying to smoke away from the building but even the staff smokes right by the door, not good for people with asthma. You can only exchange sheets and towels every 2 weeks unless you pay a fee to do it anyday. Theres no diahwasher , most extended stays have this. Thwy dont even provide dish rags. The floor is uncarpeted and nasty. They never mop they room floors. There isnt even any drawers to put anything except for 2 big ones for clothes and 1 small one for silverware. Theres only shelves and poles for hanging, no hangers either. Its cheap for a reason. It has vending machines and an elevator. Everything else is fine, acceptable but they could do so much better. An extra $10 a night for a better extended stay is worth it if you get the option. Id rather have an apartment
My car was broke into and my daughter and I lost some very sentimental items. The title of my car was stolen and my daughters shoes. The cost of repairs has crushed my budget. Woodsprings don’t even have cameras on the parking lot. I’ll never get those items back. It cost almost nothing to set up and loop a 24h video surveillance. How on gods green earth would Woodsprings not care enough for their customers to surveillance the parking lot. I did not feel safe at Woodsprings after that. This has turned into a compete nightmare. This could of been prevented with a simple 24hr looping video in the parking lot... From now on my choice of hotel will include parking lot surveillance.
My husband and I stayed here for three weeks and couldn’t take it anymore and had to move to a different hotel. (We were waiting to close on a house). The cigarette smoke and smokers were horrible. At every door during all times of the day and night people were smoking. We were on the 2nd floor and the smoke came through our air conditioner vents. Worse, even the staff smoked right beside the doors. Cigarette butts were everywhere. As far as safety precautions for Covid—non-existent. Though the floors were marked 6’ spacing, no one wore masks and everyone crowded into the elevator with you—again, including staff. The plus about the place was that most of the staff were nice. Anthony was rude. The room was clean except for the floor that left black on our feet. The parking was convenient.
Nice hotel. Room was very clean. Good service.
I loved that they had a stove and cleaned our room
Very clean, staff polite and patient, always willing ro work with your schedule. Excelent rooms with stove and microwave oven and nice big refridgerator.!. Highly recommended for extended business stay.
