Pro- location and fully stocked apartment. Con- lack of cleanliness and poor communication.
Location is excellent. Apartment is spacious and live in ready ( kitchen is fully stocked- even had a colander, pitcher, funnel, wine opener, etc). Washer is a one unit that can dry as well. Our family air dried using clothes line we brought. There is a small folding drying rack in the apartment. Apartment didn’t feel clean- floor, walls, all surfaces. There was a one particularly dirty wall with makeup stuffs in one of the two apartments we rented. Wall cleaned up very easily when I wiped it with a Clorox wipe. Apartment is clutter free and mostly surfaces - it would be easy to make it squeaky clean. When they do ‘maid service’, it means trash removal, restocking ( toilet paper, towels, etc), and changing out bedsheets. They don’t vacuum, dust, wipe anything. Communication is bad. There was a power outage 5am to 10:30am one of the 10days we were there- my husband looked up and learned it was a scheduled maintenance outage by the city. I feel like the management should have given guests heads up. Guests met outside the rooms and asked each other what was going on. Apartment doors worked but the main door didn’t work during the power outage. Jao, one of the agent who answers calls and emails is terrible to work with. Bad attitude and very unwilling to help. Location and apartment itself makes me want to book again. Lack of cleanliness and bad communication skill makes me say no.
