excellent place to stay
The service at the concierge is excellent, fluent English speaking. Just the concierge is at 5/F, might cause inconvenience for elderly guest, even with elevator. Lots of restaurants and grocery market on ground floor to 4th floor. Next to Don Quijote, dont worry abt shopping andlots of local restaurants along the street

Best Stay I never Expected
It was amazing, I actually thought it wouldn’t be near the attractions of tokyo but it was actually the center of it all. We had so much to do in just the area alone but it right next to our commute transportation system which made it much more easier!

Great place to stay at Asakusa
Great location. Near Sensoji temple and closer to dining, shopping and train stations. Staff were super thoughtful and courteous.

Perfect start!
This hotel was right in the middle of everything! We actually walked to the train station each time we needed to and it was a pleasant walk! There were so many things to do nearby and a lot of places to eat and shop, although most places closed down by 9pm or so. The Izakayas shut down between 10-11. Not sure exactly what time. In a pinch, 7/11 worked out just fine. The fourth floor restaurant area was also open until 11. Definitely recommend if you want to stay near Senso-Ji It was the perfect start to our vacation.

This hotel is situated right in middle of the street filled with restaurants Its close to various subway train lines. The hotel property actually start from FLOOR 5 and up. We had to take elevator to 5th floor for hotel reception desk. First 4 floors are market place full of shopping stores and restaurants. It seemed odd to begin with. Because travelling for so many years We have never come across a hotel reception which is on 5th floor. But once you are up there, you find Japanese politeness, hospitality and warm welcome. Most of the reception personnel speak English. The streets are safe to walk any time of the day. You must keep in mind that this hotel is in Tokyo, away from Narita Airport where we landed. Since we were three persons and had luggage, we opted to take taxi to the hotel. Well, taxis are expensive. It takes about one hour 30 minutes. It costed us US$250.00. one way to hotel Taxi drivers do accept credit cards. There is a way to reach airport from downtown via trains. But that is feasible if you have light luggage viz. carry on bags and if no small kids. On weekdays, the trains are crowded in biz hours. But people are very polite. I will certainly visit Japan again
