Beautiful place. Didn’t get room we reserved, no VIP amenities, staff at check in lacked enthusiasm, personality. Just had us sign in and gave us our key. Have stayed here before and staff has been excellent. Staff at night was very accommodating and friendly. Window in room very dirty so couldn’t see the view

I like the location very accessible walking distance to villa country mall.... the only think I’m very disappointed it’s the restaurant food it’s decent but take too long to get ready also the hours on weekends are not convenient due the closing schedules.
