The reception was only open briefly never saw anyone most of the time so hotel was mainly locked up and we came and went by accessing the doors with a key card . Wifi never connected appeared not to be turned on. Rooms were comfortable and clean no tea/coffee making facilities in rooms just a drinks machine which had to be paid for in lounge. At check out time no one appeared so we had to leave key card on reception window as had a train to catch waited for an hour. Water was only slightly warm for showering .
