Exceptional 10.0
People are very friendly. Rooms are small but what to expect it's Japan. Very clean however the beds were very very hard, as most Japan hotels do have hard beds but this felt almost like the floor. But great location

Exceptional 10.0
Great location
Just across the street from the train station, easy walk to hotel.

Good 6.0
Great location, nice, but no place to put clothes
The staff were great, and the convenient location is great. I was surprised to find that there was no place to put suitcases or hang clothes. There's no closet. There are no drawers. That's the main issue. Or one person staying in the twin room it's OK, cause you can put your clothes and suitcases on the other bed. For a couple it's a little more difficult.
