Location is only good thing about this hotel
Front desk people were rude and not helpful. Only one of the four elevators were operational in a busy hotel. Had to wait a long time to use the elevator to the 8th floor. USB ports in room do not work. After a long unexpected stay at the hospital could not charge phone or watch in my room because I only had cord with no brick due to the unexpected nature of trip. Spent $20 on a cord in their lobby because I thought my cord was the issue. Hotel at a great location but feel like that is the only reason to stay here. There were not many options after my daughter was sore from a surgery. I thought this looked like a good option but apparently they are resting on the fact that there are not many options.

Valet was a mess - Housekeeping disruptive
The valet service was a hot disorganized mess. So bad we weren’t comfortable having them park our car. We parked down the street for $6. Also….. attention all hotels. Devise a way for house keeping to know who has checked out without knocking on doors waking people up in the morning. DO NOT Wake people up especially on a Sunday morning. After a light night of celebrating, they woke up our whole room prior to 9:00 am. I told them we wouldn’t be out until check out time, put the sign out, and they came back and knocked ANYWAY. We paid for our room to be woken up and disturbed twice while the room was still ours. Pretty loud guests screaming at their young kids well last 11:00, but no their fault.

Clean, comfortable, great housekeeping!!
My mom and I stayed at this Holiday Inn for 5 days, 4 nights because I had to have some procedures done at Cleveland clinic and the hotel is literally a two min drive with the shuttle that they have. Our room was very nice, clean, good linen, decent beds, and a great big walk-in shower. The food at the restaurant was fine but could defrost improve. We just used DoorDash while we were there. I do have to say that everything was great but the best part was housekeeping. Our housekeeper was SO SWEET AND AMAZING! She helped us with every single one of our needs and wants. And the one thing that I did not like was that there was no room service. Normally I wouldn’t mind but it literally says that they have room service on their website when we booked it but they do not in fact have it. The valet was nice to have however the $24 a day fee for it was a bit steep in my opinion. We will definitely be staying here again!
