Very Good Value For Money
Very good value for money with smart, efficient, friendly and cheerful staff. Cooked breakfast plentiful and well cooked. A small criticism, No fresh fruit or yogurt

Great 3 day stay, Despite weather
Although room a little dated in decoration was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. Only thing that was a little annoying was that there seemed to be a lack of power outlets in the room for charging of phones which as a businessman would be awkward. But we managed. Waiting staff at breakfast were also very pleasant.

The Wight Bay Hotel
The bed was very uncomfortable and nearly on the floor. The room was dirty and surfaces were sticky. The shower did not work. Overall would never stay here again.

Good value for money, but very dated
The hotel was pretty much a one lady show when we arrived and we had to go and find her in the bar/restaurant area to check in. The rooms are very tired looking with furniture that should have been changed a long time ago and the hotel felt very aged - no extractor in the bathroom, kettle leads that had been tested as unsafe but just covered over rather than removed and lamp shades missing. The beds were very firm, but some may like that. On the other hand, the room itself was clean and tidy, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the location was fantastic with just a short walk to the sea. The car park was small for the size of the hotel, but there wasn't a problem when we were there. There was entertainment provided whilst they had a coach party in, but not otherwise.
