Staff have us a room and then other people showed up with the same room card. The staff then wanted us to move out of the room. In the morning the told us there is no breakfast and there was, not sure why lie about it.
The room was of a good size and clean.
Arrived early into town. Wanted to check in a couple of hours early. Housekeeper was looking after the front desk . Was totally unfriendly and said I could check in early for an extra 59 bucks. The hotel parking lot was empty. Would never stay there again. I can understand if vacancy was low and there was a demand..
First time in beautiful Tumbler Ridge and this hotel kept our stay clean and comfortable. The little kitchenette was perfect for breakfast each morning and my hubby even made us steaks one dinner. Perfect for an economical family vacation. The DVD player was handy to help keep our 3 year old entertained when it was too dark to go to one of 3 of TR’s awesome parks. My hubby felt the bed was a bit too firm, he could be right but we didn’t wake up sore. The bagged breakfast due to covid were tasty and a good size especially as we prefer to eat in the room anyways. It left us with snacks for later. Would definitely stay again in this quiet hotel.
The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and considerate!
Fantastic ladies at the front had some plumbing problems after our first night had no problem offered us a different room hassle free!!
Hotel was decent, had a nice relaxing time in the hot tub suite. My only complaint wasn’t the hotel but the restaurant. I ordered a Chicken finger meal was decent, however when the waitress asked me about my choice of dips. I had gotten 3 honey mustard dips and $6 added to my bill.
We had our trailer with ATV's, there was plenty of parking and we could see them from our room. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the water hot in the shower in the morning. A good stay, we will be back.
A bit pricey for me, but it was worth it. Very clean, friendly staff (when you could find them).
We had an amzing stay in this beautiful hotel while we explored the magic of Tumbler Ridge
