I had one night in beautiful Salzburg and the location of this hotel was amazing. Very simple very clean and kind of Holly! My room was adjacent to street so it was pretty loud at night but they had provided ear plugs which helped tremendously They have a good buffet breakfast which was a plus
The bed was not comfortable and there was lots of noise from the street below——-hotel and service were awesome
First time in my life that on the provided towels ear plugs were given. At 5:55 the next morning the reason became apparent: The garbage truck was picking up garbage from the several restaurants just below my wing's room( 230) Outrageous in such a civilized city. The church bells start at 7:00.... Hotels.com room rate was considerably higher than the Gästehaus'own brochure, an unpleasant surprise. The place itself is beautiful and unique. The same elegant black cat still commands the space of the courtyard with its perfect manners. The breakfast offering is large, and healthy.Proximity to the Mirabel Garden and Mozarteum ideal., the Hauptbahnoff and the Bus 2 to the airport all very close by.Salzburg still one of the best cared for cities with flair and charm.
Very good place, close to old town and other Salzburg attractions.
Wonderful place at the center of Salzburg comfortable rooms at historic building.
No TV in thecroom mafe it very peaceful. There was a TV lounge. The kitchen with fridge & microwave wa very useful. Breakfast was great. Very central.location.
Everything is really nice.
It's a beautiful building,spotlessly clean,excellent location,great breakfast,very friendly helpful staff. Would highly recommend
Great little hotel. Clean rooms, peaceful surroundings, lovely breakfast. Perfect location.
The location is great, and the institution itself is beautiful with a lot of history and still manages to be cozy. Beds are comfortable. However we would've liked to have a fridge in the room at the very least. Being a family with a small child means we usually end up either having leftovers or food/milk that we need to store, so that was slightly disappointing.
