Good service from the staff. But there were lots of ants crawling over the sink. I'm guessing that is what is to be expected in the wilderness though. Other than that, it was a brief nice stay in the mountains.

Price Not commensurate with staff friendliness or amenities. Check out at 10am too early and no one on duty at registration at check out. Charges $75 more than they should have. Disappointing

Lakeview? Lodge?
The name is very misleading, as there isn’t even a peak of the lake and it is no lodge. There was some nice landscaping, but our “cabin”was an old modular with a view of a parking lot and dumpster. It was sufficient for space and looked clean, but smelled musty, and rattled loudly with the wind blowing. The reception is locked until 4pm check in, and staff was courteous, but not at all warm.

These are cabins (one-room cottages). Space is tight but they are equipped with all standard hotel amenities, including mini-fridge and microwave. No bath tub though, and the shower is really tight. I kept bumping into the regulator handle with elbows, and got steamed with scolding-hot water.
