A Joke in El Reno!!
What a disappointment!! Most HAMPTON's try to be of service to you the customer. Not this one. Check in was rude. No coffee or lemonade or hot water for afternoon tea was available like ALL other chains of hotels. When I ask the clerk said CDC doesn't allow it. THAT'S A LIE!!! My family will Never Ever return to this hotel to stay. Then to top it off they gave up a sack for breakfast. Both items had chocolate in them, (granola bars), and the other item had peanuts of which I'm allergic to both. Had my Epi-Pen but did not eat anything in the sack breakfast. Normally when we leave a hotel before breakfast is served they give us a muffin, bagel, cream cheese or peanut butter and a water. What a joke!! Come on Hampton you can do better than this!!~!~!!!!!

Everything was perfect!
Very friendly woman at check-in. Gorgeously decorated property. Extremely comfortable bed. Neutrogena products in the bathroom. Huge walk-in shower. Appreciated the microwave and fridge in the room. Even in this challenging time, it was great to have the morning coffee and a grab bag of snacks to take on the road. Great place to stay!

Wow!!! Top notch customer service!!! We checked in around 940pm and the front desk clerk was so nice and courteous! She even offered water to us before we proceeded to check in. She was so nice and friendly! She made the checking process fast and easy!!! Love the room and comfy bed!

Great stay but no roll away room
The hotel itself was great! Very nice, clean, comfortable. However, when I reserved, I made note we would need a roll away bed. They didn't say anything and i forgot at check in. So we got in our room then went back to the lobby to get the roll away. The girl who got us the roll away seemed new and gave us this huge awkward thing to roll away ourselves. The other girl stopped us and said she would bring it up to us. Get in the room, not enough space for the roll away. She goes back and checks three other rooms to see if itll fit and it doesnt. She had no other options so instead we had to purchase another room. Kind of ridiculous.
