The staff were super accommodating, and our room and hotel was very clean
Old and run down, the view of the ocean would of be nice if the curtains would of rolled…

Staff was very friendly, room was a bit small for a queen deluxe but the bed was comfortable. Quite noisy as was a city view room and could hear the people above walking around..
Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Went above and beyond to accommodate our special dietary needs.
We only stayed one night and have stayed a few times in previous years. The service and comfort are good and the included Bret is really nice to have, just what we needed! Overall a good stay and conveniently located. Sadly tho it is starting to show its age. I thinks the owners are renovating? Hope so as it is a good stay on average and reasonably priced.
Nice harbor view from common room, breakfast options were good
Room was very modern and comfortable, with great harbour view. My one comment would be that a desk and office chair be in the room, rather than table and two sofa chairs.
nice location. old but the lobby is fixed up nice with a beautiful view.. Rooms are very small. Beds were comfortable. It was a pleasant overnight stay. .
Staff could be more friendly. Only one smiled when greeting guests.
The lobby has been updated, but rooms less so. The bathroom particularly is dated. Breakfast is fairly typical continental breakfast.
Harbour view was great! Comfortable. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Thanks
We were only in the hotel for about 3 hours as the Skeena train from Jasper was 8 hours late arriving at Prince Rupert and we had to leave early to catch the BC Ferry to Vancouver Island, so it wouldn't be fair to give a review on anything other than the bedroom!
