Well we paid for valet parking. It should be first come first serve. We went out to dinner and when we came back they parked out truck outside. We were assured that it would be kept in the heated garage. We had water and soda in our truck. It all froze if we would of known our truck was gonna be outside we would of took it all to our room. And then they charged our card 200 they said we smoked in our room. But not true neither myself nor my husband has ever smoked in our life. So i called and asked about it and they finally said they made a mistake.
Nice hotel, glad we came on the off season. The room was beautful with a view. Shocked that there was no shower door or fridge in room. They offer valet parking or you need to find street parking.
Super friendly staff - customer service #1. Walking distance downtown. Favorite hotel in TVC!
Very nice hotel with a beautiful view of the bay. Clean and following all Covid-19 protocols. Very friendly staff. Great location.
Everything was great!
Great hotel with great service. They could update the bedding/mattress/pillows it was a bit outdated/uncomfortable.
The hotel was clean, nice and good service. The are was nice
The street noise was horrible and the rooms a/c /heating unit did not have continuous fan operation so you hear the awful traffic noise all night long. It was hard to sleep at all Otherwise it is a nice hotel in a good location 1 block from downtown Traverse City.
The hotel was in a good location and overall was well kept with good amenities. But whatever you do, do NOT stay on the “bay side” or you will not sleep whatsoever. The traffic was nonstop throughout the night and every semi that passed sounded like it was coming through our walls. We had the tv on full volume and it still didn’t drown out the noise at all. We also didn’t have a refrigerator in the room, which was disappointing. Overall the hotel was okay, but for the price we expected better than okay.
