Great location close to opera
Pension Suzanne is located in a convenient spot next to the opera. The staff was very friendly and service was great. The room was nice and quaint with adequate room for 4 adults. The temperature was high 20’s both days we stayed and with no AC we were worried the room would be too warm; however, opening the windows at night allowed the room to cool down. Breakfast was also good at a reasonable price.

We visited Vienna just before the Christmas holiday. pension Suzanne is very comfortable and has a great location. We had all the basics needed for a comfortable stay and staff were responsive and attentive. Highly recommend for those looking for a more budget friendly way to stay in the heart of the city. Location was very close to public transportation and very easy to navigate

Great time in Vienna! Hotel is in perfect location next to Opera house and walking distance to many amazing sites. We had a spacious triple room with a king and a twin. There was a nice kitchen as well. We visited in October so the weather was nice for the windows to be open. The elevator is small, but we found this fairly common on our journey. We were very impressed with the staff and how welcoming they were and friendly to all the guests. We enjoyed one breakfast there, which was typical European buffet. There is a hop on bus tour right outside hotel, but it is for a different line than what we wanted, so we walked a few blocks to catch ours. I would love to return and stay here again someday.

Friendly environment and excellent location
Ideal location with city travel hubs nearby, many venues of interest within a comfortable walking distance. Hotel served a hearty breakfast accompanied by lovely staff. Room and en-suite were of a fair size and in reasonable condition. Cleanliness was of a high standard. Lift shaft could be a little noisy but by no means a negative point.
