We loved everything about our stay here.. the staff were very polite and courteous.. the room was spotless and everything worked perfectly.. we had a dog with us and it was amazing to not have to pay an extra fee for him and not be restricted by a weight limit on him either

Front desk staff were great to deal with and talk to, super friendly. The room- was not clean whatsoever. Carpets were a mess with dead bugs and food. The white flat sheet had dirt on top of it- bedding was not changed from prior customers. I brought in my own cleaner and cleaned the bath tub before using, and the cloth came out yellow- so tub and shower walls were not cleaned whatsoever. On the night stand had wet cup rings that were not cleaned. A lot of dust on the lamp, tv and desk. Couch was so furry from previous customers. Room was very unsanitary and dirty. Room stunk of cigarettes' from the people smoking outside. Only plus was that it was Pet friendly and I had asked for main ground as my dog was having surgery to rebuild her cruciate and could not use stairs.

The property is well managed and staff were very pleasant. The location fit our needs and there is a restaurant on site. The rooms are large but need upgrading. Although a no smoking room it did have the smell that smoking at one time did happen.
