Worst pillow ever and towels were rags, sandpaper. Imposible to sleep due to street noise and street lamp in front of room window

Within centre of town and at corner of street. Staff is nice and facilities is quite clean.The service of breakfast is okay. But the night I staying was a event around and kept brocasting, sort of announced due to no understanding.

Great stay for Tren del Hielo
Super noisy room on the street side. Bathroom not so clean and stains on the bed cover. Super friendly staff though and well situated near the train station. For a night to take the Tren del Hielo it‘s a bargain!

Not the luxury hotel they call themselves
To start, they had no record of our reservation. They did not give us the room we reserved, there was never anyone one in the lobby at the reservation desk to answer a question. Location was OK, but a long walk to the restaurant area of town.

Terrible hotel
The walls were super thin and we could hear Our neighbors and everything from the lobby three floors down. The shower was super bad and sprayed water everywhere and left an inch of water everywhere. It also made the room super damp.
