Poor
We paid for the room on hotels.com in advance which was non-refundable.When we arrive there we were offered the room which was the size of half a shoe box there was two single beds right next to each other on the Back 9 in of space around the beds. We had to pay extra money because I needed a toilet with in the room to use they charged us more than a hundred euros for the two days extra just for the toilets and shower. We complained about the small room and they gave us a bigger one. There was no service to speak up at all and I felt I had paid through the nose for the accommodation. I don't recommend it to anyone. Conflicting -- some pros, many cons
Staff can be rude or nice, depending who you get, so it's a gamble. The dealbreaker here is that they have VERY limited availability of staff. For example, I wanted to check out on the last day & store my luggage at the luggage room until the evening, only to find out all staff leave at noon... If you want to rely on luggage room, this hotel is NOT for you. Also, since staff are only available during very short windows, if you lose a card, there's really no way to get to your room--wait for the next morning. For solo travel, a hostel is preferable. However, the beds were comfortable & they upgraded my room when I asked for a desk. The place is super cheap, for being in Gamla Stan. Still, having to share bathrooms was a bit weird. ONE LAST WORD OF ADVICE! Gamla stan inner roads are all cobblestone roads, some very uneven & rounded, meaning it's hell to drag a luggage over these roads. Trust me and take the longer path ALONG THE COAST of the island, since these are main streets with proper flat sidewalks. You'll thank me later.

Fantastic location and great price
INCREDIBLE location in beautiful oldtown Gamla Stan. Easy check-in process and was able to leave luggage before check-in and after check-out. Shared bathrooms are perfectly clean, although no toiletries are provided in either the room or the bathroom.

The location was great, right in the middle of the old town. It got pretty loud every night. The guy in the reception was very nice. There is no bathroom in the room, even though there are plenty of clean bathrooms in the hallway.
