I liked that the air conditioner worked wonderful! The swimming pool site is beautiful! The TV did not have good service I wished we had a microwave in the room We stayed 3 days and one day we did not get room service at all

Friendly staff but bad experience
The personnel were very attentive and pleasant, but the condition of our room was disappointing— everything seemed pretty old and there was a really bad smell throughout. The A/C unit also emitted a weird smell. The worst part of the stay was that we had very rude and rowdy guest neighbors, they weren’t letting us sleep, and it took 5 phone calls to the front desk for something to be done about it. One good part was the buffet that was included, it was delicious. Also, they seem to be renovating their facilities, so things may improve overall.

Great service and friendly helpful staff. It's an inexpensive family oriented spot so there are little things one could complain about. But definitely the spot for us in Guaymas. We've stayed there twice and will stay there on our next visit as well.
