Clean and comfy, on the end of town near Arches. Breakfast was excellent and hot tub was great after long day of hiking.
Comfy and clean. Loved the pet friendly aspect. The breakfast was great considering the pandemic limitations. Many hotels are still serving bagged breakfast. Thank you for moving forward.
Heated pool, hot tub, playground with swings and pirate ship, basketball court, tetherball, horseshoes, fire pit, splash pad, propane grill, wetlands walk, Gym, breakfast, fenced dog area. In room, or delivered coffee. We had a standard room with a fridge and microwave. It was very clean. Everything worked as it should. Room had a ceiling fan which is a very nice addition I've never had in a standard room before. Breakfast was exceptional. Hot and cold items that changed every day. Eggs, bacon, sausage, omelette, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, waffles, French toast, fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, orange and mango juice. I observed the hotel next door had a pool that was closed off (covered) as it is still fairly cold outside. The pool here was open and heated. As long as we stayed in the pool it was warm. We loved being able to swim in February! Covid 19 was taken very seriously. Employees wore masks at all times. Signs and floor stickers posted everywhere. Hot breakfast items served by employees. Condiments like syrup served in small grab N go disposable containers. Employees wiping tables after guests. Etc... The only negative I have to say is not with the hotel but with the guests that own dogs. This is probably one of the only hotels that allow dogs. You would think dog owners would have more respect and pick up their dogs poop near the basketball courts. This is why most hotels don't allow dogs. Poop was fresh and probably hadn't been seen by hotel employee
Perfect place to stay for Arches!! The hotel was clean, nice and comfortable, all rooms seem to have a good view, and the hospitality was incredible. The whole staff was so nice, friendly, and accommodating. Location is central to both arches national park and close to downtown. Also one of the only pet friendly hotels in the area, and best bang for your buck from what we could find. Recommend to all coming through the area for a comfortable and happy stay! Also recommend paying a bit more for the larger room if you’re there for a while.
We're a retired couple, and stayed Feb 19 & 20, 2021 for my husbands birthday. The rooms were slightly dated but very clean. It had a nice big breakfast area and buffet, which my husband loved. The outside grounds were nice, with a pool and a great courtyard. Nice water play area and playground for children. The views from the courtyard were awesome, but our room views were the parking lot. That was disappointing because we picked this hotel for the views. We didnt know you had to go out to the courtyard to enjoy them. Lol! The lobby was very nice with a coffee area, sitting area, snack and small postcard and gift wall. Side wall water feature and nice courtyard and pool views. It would be nice for grandchildren in the summer.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient for everything we wanted to see and do there.
This hotel is very good for family to stay. People here are very nice. Location is perfect and few minutes away to national park. Hotel room is pretty clean and breakfast is delicious. Will choose this hotel again if we revisit this area again.
My kids adored this hotel. We can't wait to come a different time of year when we can take advantage of the pool too!
The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff were super nice if we needed anything. The breakfast had a variety for our family.
