Great place to have a staycation due to COVID restrictions. Beds a little too soft for my taste but comfortable. To go Happy hour & breakfasts hot & delicious . Hotel centrally located with a lot nice things to do in Scottsdale, maintaining social distancing. We were celebrating our 30th anniversary and enjoyed our stay.
Our room was spacious and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. Parking was easily accessible.
Older run down property sofa was lumpy and kitchen not adequately supplied and the snack in the afternoon and breakfast very subpar.
Location and quality of hotel make this a great stay.
Very clean. Courtyard view from my room was fantastic. Would definitely return again.
Hotel was adequate. The problem with charging resort amenity fees is that it kind of sets the expectation that one will be staying in a resort. Not true in this case. It’s clearly a remodeled Residence Inn or something like that. If the temperature in January is 58 and I can’t really sit poolside I’m not sure what amenities I’m paying for. No spa, no bar, no restaurant, no gift shop, no golf course, no tennis courts, no daily maid service (blame it on COVID I’m sure). I have stayed at two other Sonesta Suites that were new builds and this was a let down by comparison. On the bright side the rooms were pretty clean and the location of the hotel was good.
We stayed for a week and had a really good stay. The happy hour snacks and drinks were great. The breakfast wasn’t as good but was appreciated. The 2 queen suite room was the perfect size for our family. The location of the hotel is great if you want to walk to some nice restaurants. Pool area is small and the sunshine is limited due to it being blocked by the hotel and trees.
Nice hotel. After we wiped some areas down with wipes they were dirty. When calling front desk for things.... Be prepared to wait.
The heat did not work in our originally assigned room and they moved us to the room next door which also the heat didn’t work. Finally the last room they put us in the heat did work . It was a very frustrating and disappointing stay.
