Comfortable, Good Location and Clean
We were disappointed that the kitchenette did not have enough equipment. We were advised we could pay 38 euros for a box of kitchen equipment. We advised we only wanted a few more items to enable us to make use of the kitchenette. We didn’t want to cook huge meals. Just have cereal and toast for breakfast and maybe after being out all day, have a toasted sandwich and a glass of wine. Eventually the Customer Service person brought 2 bowls and a small frypan. We felt some more basic items should be added to the few that were supplied. At least 2 bowls, 2 glasses, 2 wine glasses, frypan, tongs, slotted turner and a wine bottle opener. Needs to be a bit more customer focused.

Couldn't fault.
Excellent facilities and comfort. Perfect for the main train station and for all the sights. Really accomodating when we had to stay an additional two nights when the airports went on strike, allowing us to stay in the same apartment so we didn't have to pack and move.

Everything about the property was great. The only downside was during the self check in process the machine was not working. However, they resolved the issue and sent someone very quickly (within 10 min)

The location is great as it is located right next to the main train station and you can take the underground or trams pretty much anywhere you need and it is walking distance to many places for food or coffee. The cafe downstairs was really good but the prices were a little high. Everything was well maintained and clean. We really enjoyed our room and the area and it was super quiet compared to what we were expecting with it in such a busy area.
