Awesome location and fantastic staff!
Excellent location because it is in the heart of the area surrounded by restaurants and across from the beach. Ocean view is above the street and can be noisy. Pool front is awesome and quiet. Staff is so friendly and helpful. For showers the water was lukewarm, but don’t let that stop you from staying at Rockaway. There was also free breakfast. For coffee just go next door to El Cafecito. Excellent place! I’ll be back!

Overpriced!!
Outdated room, no ceiling fan, hard bed, loud mini fridge, smelled like natural gas periodically in the room, no screen on the window for mosquitos, hot water was sporadic, WiFi was very slow to non existent: wouldn’t load anything more than WhatsApp messages. Lots of outside noise coming into the room. Would not stay again!

The place looks like it was recently renovated. This was our first time in Puerto Escondido, the staff were super welcoming and attentive. Breakfast buffet was perfect! Def would stay here again!
