The bed was firm and no sags. Wall and ceiling were in new condition. The bathroom was clean. The room was about 10x12', however had all the amenities. Great price. Was in room 109. Looks like a basic non-fancy hotel, but was quiet and clean. Room used electric heat so there was no noise. Parking lot was full but still did not hear any guests.

Very nice motel with good price and clean rooms. Heating/cooling system could be set to ones desired temp. and good TV channel selections. Quiet town with grocery with low grocery prices and gasoline prices below most of Minnesota.

This is a family run, budget hotel in an older building, yet they have put a lot of imagination into bringing it up to date. Freshly painted and colorful decor, nice art work, huge flat screen TV. The bed was a bit soft, but I found it a welcome and pleasant space for an overnight.

Never Again
Old, in poor repair, and dirty. Most concerning is the lack of cleanliness: Many surfaces had a layer of dust and grime; shower curtain had dirty handprints from previous folks; light-switch plates were grimy; room was vacuumed but there was a track of dust and dirt around the edges of all furniture, the bed, etc.; dead bugs on the heater by the window, etc. Hotel also sits right next to railroad track and a train comes through in the middle of the night blowing its horn / ringing the bell.
