The most Hot springs of any similarly priced property. Butterfly garden, water slides perfect for kids. Only negative is no WiFi in the rooms.

This resort had it all! Our room was large with a great view of Arenal Volcano. There were on-site activities such as the butterfly garden, frog area, leaf cutter ant farm, or a hike up to an observation area of Arenal that were free. Or, for a small fee, you could zip line through the jungle on-site or take a horseback ride! The many pools of different sizes and temperatures were fun to explore. The slide was not just used by the kids. The gift shop was also great for souvenirs or gifts. The best was the staff that were very friendly and helpful. Best vacation ever!

Beautiful place, but better to eat offsite.
The onsite food is not that great, there is only WiFi in common areas - not rooms - checkin was a bit of a nightmare because we wanted to be near our friends, but we'd all booked separately. We were put in the 200 buildings which meant we had to DRIVE to get to the pools/restaurant/etc. Other than those things, this place is wonderful. The pools are fantastic, the views are amazing, the staff are very friendly and attentive. The rooms are immaculately clean. We would absolutely go again, we just might do things a bit differently next time.

Best hot springs value
I really enjoy this resort. The breakfast is delicious with a great variety of foods. There are many hot springs on site and the rooms are very accommodating. The staff are pleasant and helpful and very welcoming. To me, this is very good value and well worth it. I highly recommend this resort and have stayed here many times.
