Happy overall except one issue
I accidentally marked the default traveling with 2 guests rather that just myself. This mistake cost me $150 for 2 nights in which the hotel or wouldn’t give back to me. That’s my only complaint for the week. Sucks but guess I’ll learn my lesson.

They did a good job with Covid precautions. Room service was great as the resort was low capacity due to Covid. The cleaning staff seemed to be more friendly in past visits. The beds are hard and after a long day it’s hard to get comfy. At check in we requested to be in a particular area, but they were unable to meet the request, instead we were in a different area of the resort we didn’t like as much as past 3 visits. Overall..some areas for improvement but we really like this resort.

The resort was clean and has very nice views. The big beach was peaceful. The staff was friendly, but as a whole Not worth the price we paid. The food was not good, was very subpar. Fruit was often not ripe and food lacked attention, especially for a resort of its so called caliber. Even the cereal they served in little boxes were stale. We went there for our honeymoon, and even told multiple staff members. The resort allegedly gives honeymooners a free bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. We did not receive that. Even during our stay people got complimentary services for their birthdays. A couple also go a free special dinner their anniversary during our stay (saw on Facebook). Very unfortunate that we had this experience with the resort for our honeymoon. Especially for the amount of money we paid for our stay.

This was our first all inclusive resort experience. We stayed in the Turquoise tower. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The included butler service is phenomenal. We had 4 pools and 2 separate beaches to relax at. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Ziva. During the pandemic there are fewer visitors so everyone gets personal attention from staff. I especially liked Aquastrong classes with our trainer Roberto. My most memorable dining experience was at la Bastille, french restaurant. Daily breakfast was enlightened by Marcelo our server. All staff were friendly. Pools and the property were beautiful, well maintained. The best surprise was the presence of dolphins on the property. It was a blast to have an opportunity to swim with dolphins!

Very clean, food was great, service was amazing. The staff of the bar by the beach next to Habanero knew us by name and knew what we wanted without us asking. They are very friendly. While we were there it was my birthday, I came back from the pool and found my door had a banner on it wishing me a happy birthday and my room was decorated with balloons. So pretty. Great experience! I will definitely book there again.
